Story

Rainier Removal Services is a company created on values, customer service, and top-quality work. We understand how important it is for your yard to be a clean, safe, and enjoyable place for you and your family. We double bag and dispose of your dog's logs in your trash can or at an appropriate area outside your home. 

Creating a Doody Free Zone isn't simply removing yard treasures. Our service also deodorizes and helps to sanitize your yard and green spaces to ensure that nasty germs and disease are not spread throughout.  All our products are pet, family and  environmentally safe.

Get to Know Us

We're a locally owned business run by a husband and wife team with deep roots in Pierce county. Using her brains and his muscle, we're trying to grow our small business one satisfied customer at a time.

​Upon graduating from Gig Harbor High School (we won't say how many years ago), Neal attended EWU, where he cleaned up after the Seattle Seahawks during their summer training camps.

After graduating from EWU Neal began his career in bio-hazardous waste management for a Texas-based medical facility.  Upon returning home to the PNW, Neal spent over a decade managing and negotiating corporate technology contracts....hence the long, drawn out, boring Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the site. Please read those.  You may get a 10% discount!

K. is a Graham native who spent many years performing  top-notch customer service for a local manufacturing company.  While she is  behind the scenes at Rainier Removal Services, she  does many of the doodies that help Rainier Removal Services provide top quality services to our customers. 

While walking their corgi around the neighborhood, Neal and K noticed how many yard treasures were hanging out in the parks and green spaces in and around their home. 

And thus. Rainier Removal Services was born!​​​

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website and pet waste removal services operated by Rainier

 

Removal Services.  

Terms and Conditions of Service:  

Rainier Removal Services and its employees guarantee the quality, reliability, and professionalism of our services. By accessing and using Rainier Removal Services service, you, the customer, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using any of our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the outlined guidelines, please do not use this service. All below items are predicated based on the service area and subject to change at any time:  

Access to Property:  

By employing Rainier Removal Services, you are granting Rainier Removal Services employees’ access to designated yard or kennel areas of your property during the designated service date. If our technician is not permitted on your property for any reason, this occurrence will be noted and customer may be charged for full price of service.  

Technicians are not permitted, nor required to enter a customer’s home. In no circumstances will this be allowed or required of any Rainier Removal Services employee. There are and will be no exceptions to this rule.  

Pricing:  

Rainier Removal Services pricing is determined based on service area. In addition, pricing is subject to change at any time. However, we do our best effort to notify customers ahead of any pricing changes. Upon beginning services, you accept this condition and will adjust payment accordingly if prices change at any point in time.  By ordering regular Rainier Removal Services service, you are authorizing Rainier Removal Services to charge your card, Venmo,, Zelle,  or PayPal account following time of service in correlation with your chosen frequency of service and number of dogs.  Customer is responsible for providing payment information ahead of first service and will be charged payment in full following initial service. Subscription payments are due the first Monday of each month, except on federal holidays, in which case, payment is due the first official business day of the month While we accept cash, these same Terms and Conditions still apply. If payment is not provided, service will not begin. Following initial service, customer is responsible for payment following each recurring service. If payment in full is not received, Rainier Removal Services reserves the right to pause services until payment in full has been received.  

Service options:  

Service options are based on service area and services assigned by respective locations at a given time. Service schedule availability can change based on business needs and general workday productivity. You, the customer, are responsible for notifying Rainier Removal Services of any changes in number of dogs or frequency of services. Customer is also responsible for notifying Rainier Removal Services of service cancellation and is required to do so 24 hours before service.  

Referral:  

Rainier Removal Services will honor the referral policy wherein if you refer a friend or neighbor and referred person schedules a regular scooping service with Rainier Removal Services, a 10% pricing discount will be applied to referring customer’s service regular program pricing.   

 Inclement weather:  

In the event of inclement or extreme weather conditions, Rainier Removal Services reserves the right to delay or cancel services out of an abundance of caution. During this time, customer will be notified of such an event and services will be rescheduled or adjusted accordingly.  

Aggressive Animals:  

If our assigned Rainier Removal Services employee is unable to access the designated yard area due to an aggressive animal presence, service on chosen day will be postponed or canceled. Service may be rescheduled for a later time.  

Locked Property:  

If the assigned Rainier Removal Services employee is unable to access the designated yard space due to a locked gate, and cannot otherwise access a customer’s property, service on chosen day will be postponed or canceled. Service may be rescheduled for a later time. All Rainier Removal Services employees shall provide customer’s proof of Gate Locked/Secured upon completion of service by providing customer a digital photo sent by text message to customer’s mobile device.  

Governing Law:  

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.  

Terms and Conditions of Changes:  

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least a day’s notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.  

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.  

Terms and Conditions of Intellectual Property:  

The Service and its original content, features and functionality, and logos are and will remain the exclusive property of Rainier Removal Services and its licensors.
